Real Estate and Commercial Photography Price List:

All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.  While I endeavor to keep my pricing reasonable, prices will change so please check regularly for any price variations.

  • $149.00 – Std daytime photos based on 30-40 minutes photography time, covers most properties and can provide upwards of 40 images, depending on the property
  • $70.00 - Revisit fee, if a revisit is required for extra photos, usually due to weather or property not ready on arrival
  • $170.00 – Extended photo shoot with extra processing required, usually large multi story dwellings on extra land area and may be required for many outside photos all requiring blue skies added
  • $195.00 – Walk through video – actual video  showing the internal flow of the home and any internal – external interfaces.  Can include background music and voice intro by the Agent if required.  Note: this is a high definition video NOT a slide show of the same photos used.
  • $200.00 – Std daytime photos + second visit for evening photos
  • $63.00/hour – Travel charge may apply for distances outside Palmerston North and Feilding-Ashhurst areas.
  • $110.00 – Hourly Charge for as required photography, usually commercial, event or food photography etc
